Guest comments	A very average hotel that needs upgrading. The bathroom was not up to standard to my opinion, the shower and toilet were next to each other without wall separation but a curtain. It was not pleasant to have a shower by the toilet (and not very hygenic either). the room was very small, on the + side the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was ok, but the whole setup in the hotel is very old looking and needs upgrading, including the breakfast room. There is no direct tram going from the station to the hotel, and althought it is only a 10mn walk it's not so pleasant with luggage, and not such a great area to walk about alone in the evening. I'm surprised it is part of the Recommended Hotel program.

Guest comments	Clean, efficient basic hotel at Norwegian prices! More internet access needed in the hotel itself. Staff were helpful and polite.
